In-stock research materials from kk are typically processed within 1–2 business days and shipped in plain, secure, tracked packaging. Delivery timeframes vary by destination and carrier.

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be associated with your order. You can view your order status at any time from your account or the order tracking page.

Because these are research materials, we accept returns only for products that arrive damaged or incorrect. If there is a problem with your order, contact [email protected] within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the issue is verified.
